Refund Policy

We can process refunds within reason and within 30 days of the purchase. However, We reserve the right to say no to a refund without any reason. All refunds must be done via text to (303) 335-9664 (Not monitored often) or via email at (listed fastest to slowest response time) school.poodleschool@gmail.com, refunds.poodleschool@gmail.com and ian.poodleschool.founder@gmail.com. You can also contact sam.poodleschool.founder@gmail.com and sammy.poodleschool.staff1@gmail.com for info (Refunds cannot be processed this way). 

Please note that only some purchases may be refunded and we do not have to follow a criteria to decline a refund. Also note to be as detailed as possible when making refund requests because we might not accept it otherwise.

Refund email template:

Dear Poodle School, I have recently bought [ P r o d u c t ], And felt unsatisfied with it. I would appreciate it if I could get a refund of my money. I made my purchase on
[ MM/DD/YY ] and paid [ A m o u n t ] for it. I understand that you may deny my request, but thanks for viewing it anyways.

Replace the placeholders in the brackets to the applicable information.

It could save us a little work too if you included a picture of your receipt, because if we have access to this information, it makes the process 10 times easier.

How to locate PayPal receipts:

Click Start Here, Locate and click on the transaction, Your receipt should show up.
